No. WSC Image offers multiple options for processing company store orders depending on how you would like your program managed.
Employees can place and pay for their own orders directly through the online store using their personal credit card. Franchise groups can also be set up with approved payment accounts if preferred.
Some companies prefer to review employee orders before production. With this option, WSC Image sends your team an approval request for each order and production begins once the order is approved.
Companies can provide employees with a pre-approved spending allowance or budget through a digital wallet system. If an employee exceeds their available balance, they can simply pay the remaining amount using their personal credit card at checkout
Our standard goal is to process and ship most company store orders within approximately 10 business days from the time the order is placed and approved.
Our online company stores operate using a print-on-demand system, which means products are not kept in stock. Once an order is placed, the apparel is ordered directly from the supplier and shipped to our production facility where it is sorted, decorated, packed, and shipped — all handled in-house by the WSC Image team.
Because each order is custom produced, the full process typically takes around 10 business days. However, if you have an urgent or time-sensitive order, rush production may be available at no additional charge when requested in advance.
