2. Sales Professional Assignment: Each order is assigned to a dedicated sales professional who will be your point of contact throughout the process, ensuring consistent communication and service.

3. Order Entry and Confirmation: Our sales professionals input your order details into our advanced internal processing system, initiating the creation of your custom products.

4. Review and Approval: We value your input. You’ll receive a detailed approval/mockup email, providing a comprehensive overview of your order, from layout and positioning to sizing and colors.

5. Final Review: With the mockup, you have the opportunity to review every aspect of your order, verifying the spelling, layout, positioning, sizing, and colors.

6. Approval and Edits: If you spot something amiss, or just want a tweak, our sales professionals will make the necessary changes, sending you another mockup if needed. Your order stays “on hold” until we get your final approval via email.

7. Production Release: With your approval, we release your order to production, where our team of skilled professionals start crafting your unique items.

8. Production and Quality Check: Your order is either picked from stock or ordered, received, and then sent to our production floor. Each item is meticulously crafted, folded, packed, and then moved to our pickup staging area.

9. Shipping or Pickup: Your order is shipped directly to your specified address or placed on our pickup rack, as per your preference.

10. Order Pickup Notification: If your order is on our pickup rack, we’ll contact you via phone or email to inform you it’s ready for collection.
